Plain Language

Plain Language: On Site

Plain language is communication your audience can understand and use the first time they read or hear it.

Plain Language:

  • saves time and money by getting your message across faster.
  • motivates your readers to act quickly and accurately.
  • reduces time you spend prompting readers, clarifying questions, and correcting errors.

On Site Training

Interactive and customizable trainings blend lecture and hands-on practice around proven plain language strategies: word choice, sentence structure, grammar, organization of content, and formatting for readability.
