Dawn is currently the Business Analytics Manager at American Family Insurance Claims Services and leads the claims budgeting and expense analytics team for the American Family Enterprise. She has been with American Family for almost 33 years in a variety of finance related roles, including budget, financial analysis and reporting. These roles have allowed her to work with different areas and people throughout the organization. Dawn enjoys helping others better understand budgeting and financial reporting and the drivers that impact both.  Dawn’s husband, Joe, and her have a 17 year old son, James.
