The Big Share

Literacy skills build the foundation of success for adults, families, and communities.

Wisconsin Literacy:
--Builds commitment for adult literacy statewide through collaborative tutor recruitment, awareness, and advocacy.
--Builds the capacity of community-based literacy programs across Wisconsin through customized training and consultation, curriculum and assessment resources, and development of a customized database to help agencies better track student success and agency impact.
--Builds better health outcomes for everyone through training health care providers and consumers in plain language communication.
--Builds workplace success by providing a pathway to the literacy and workplace skills adults need to build financial security for themselves and their families.

Builds Lifelong Literacy by building the skills that adults need to help their children succeed in school.
