The Northeast Regional Meeting will be Wednesday, April 11 at the NWTC Corporate Conference Center, 2740 W. Mason St. Green Bay in room CC205. The agenda is as follows:

10:00-11:30 Program Planning and Evaluation with Claire Thompson from UW-Extension Kewaunee County
11:30-12:30 Networking Lunch
12:30-1:30 Volunteer Recruitment, Retention and Management Discussion

Please invite appropriate staff, board directors and volunteers. You are welcome to attend all portions of the day or just the part that is relevant to you or your position.

Lunch will be a build your own sandwich bar with turkey and roast beef, chips and assorted dessert bars. Please register at the link below by April 2 so we can finalize the room set-up and food count.

Each Celebration of Literacy elevates Wisconsin communities and celebrates how our agencies and their partners raise up our citizens through education. The Luncheon will take place at Monona Terrace in Madison on Wednesday, April 25. In addition to recognizing literacy achievements throughout Wisconsin, guests will be treated to hearing keynote speaker, Dr. Dipesh Navsaria, share the message of Early Literacy and how parents of any reading level have the power to build their child’s brain. The event will be emceed by Mark Tauscher, former Green Bay Packer and founder of the Trifecta Foundation.
