Rachel Riggs, M.A. TESOL, is a thought leader in AI literacy and innovation for adult learners. She directs World Education's AI for Learning and Work initiative, overseeing diverse projects in research, teacher professional development, and digital learning. Before this role, Rachel taught ESOL in a community college's adult education program. She is passionate about promoting strategic and inclusive technology integration and leveraging educators' expertise to drive innovation with emerging technologies. Rachel moderates monthly EdTech Strategy Sessions and presents at national and state conferences across the country. She is currently pursuing a Ph.D. at NC State University.
