Rose's experience is in teaching English as a second language and refugee resettlement. She has taught ESL/EFL in the US and abroad to migrant workers, visiting scholars, and high school students. Most recently, she worked with a refugee resettlement agency for two years as a caseworker and later a program supervisor. She has her Master's degree in TESOL from Florida State University and completed her undergraduate studies at UW-Madison.
