This is an in-person opportunity to talk with people who do the work you do. We’ll start with coffee and our famous Kringle, hear a fun presentation from Burlington English staff, have lunch and spend the next session talking about things important to you. Sessions will be of interest to directors and program staff.

Do you want to feel more comfortable and confident hosting Zoom meetings? This 90-minute course will give you an opportunity to ask questions and practice basic Zoom skills (screen share, chat box, minimize/maximize Zoom) as well as some advanced skills (whiteboard, annotation, video sharing).

This 90-minute course offers supported exploration of the online resource Northstar so that tutors can feel prepared to introduce the digital literacy curriculum to their students. Tutors will navigate the platform as a student and have time to try out the assessments and online practice. They will also role play teaching with Northstar teacher-led lesson scripts.
