This 90-minute course offers supported exploration of the online resource Northstar so that you can feel prepared to introduce the digital literacy curriculum to students. You will navigate the platform as a student and have time to try out the assessments and online practice. You will also role play teaching with Northstar teacher-led lesson scripts. Make sure you have a Northstar account before registration.

Do you want to feel more comfortable and confident hosting Zoom meetings? This 90-minute course will give you an opportunity to ask questions and practice basic Zoom skills (screen share, chat box, minimize/maximize Zoom) as well as some advanced skills (whiteboard, annotation, video sharing).
Whether you teach virtually or in-person, digital whiteboards can make student learning more visual, kinesthetic, and collaborative. Come learn how to use the whiteboards from Jotboard, Padlet Sandbox, and Zoom.
